Stained Plywood Kitchen
Hanham, Bristol
Stained Plywood Kitchen: Sage Green.
This custom sage green kitchen combines earthy tones with thoughtful design for a warm, character-filled space. By removing a wall to join the very small kitchen and dining area, the layout was dramatically improved with minimal structural work.
The steel frames were powder-coated in RAL 6011, with birch plywood fronts stained to match, allowing the natural grain to show through and soften the industrial feel of the steel framework.
A raw white quartz worktop adds warmth and texture, while open shelving displays the client's handmade crockery and glassware.
The end unit cleverly hides the washing machine and serves as a kitchen island, subtly dividing the space. Quarry tiles and vintage furniture add charm, and a signature freestanding larder provides generous food storage for family life — a practical, beautiful kitchen with natural materials, bespoke craftsmanship, and timeless colour.
Details: Birch plywood hand-stained in an OSMO oil RAL 6011. Steel frame powder-coated in RAL 6011 and metal handles. White raw cloudy quartz worktop.
