Mid-Century Kitchen: A Turn End Tribute.

This bespoke mid-century modern kitchen was designed to reflect the architectural spirit of the clients' home, inspired by Peter Aldington's Turn End estate.

The kitchen features steel frames powder-coated in RAL 9010, paired with rich Sapele quarter-cut veneer on birch plywood. A brushed stainless steel worktop enhances the retro-industrial feel, while wall units with reeded glass doors framed in steel add texture, lightness and visual interest.

Warm quarry tiles and handmade brown and orange textured wall tiles by Dzek complete the look, bringing authentic 1960s character into a contemporary setting.

The kitchen ceiling is clad in warm teak panelling as a nod to mid-century interiors, while the overall design draws inspiration from classic G-Plan furniture.
